AP notes that "the memo cited intelligence from other countries in three instances, but the White House blacked out the names of the nations."

Check the text. In the second instance, it reads "an xxxxxxxxxx service." Now, admittedly there is more that one possibility, but how many likely sources for intelligence to the US come from countries beginning with a vowel? I can't think of many....
