There is chatter in Pakistani intelligence circles that the US has let the Pakistanis know that the optimal time for bagging "high value" al Qaida suspects in the untamed Afghan-Pakistani border lands is the last ten days of July, 2004.If it's true, it just goes again to prove that they are sociopaths.
We'll see what develops; in the meantime, it might be wise to pass this tidbit around so just in case, there will be some more awareness of what was going on.
