Uh, hello

I have been phoneless - and thus online-less - since sometime Wednesday night/Thursday morning. The problem appears to be fixed now but the hassles and frustrations of trying to do something like this via dialup are growing. I have to work tonight but will try to get some things up even if they're just quick notes.

Anyone out there willing to think about staking a poor blogger to high-speed access, maybe in return for your highlighted name declaring "hi-speed access donated by...?"

No, I didn't think so....
