Just wanted to quickly mention that there are two recent additions to the things in the right-hand column.

The first, which has been up there a while now, is from Amnesty International and its "Irrepressible Info" campaign about the censorship and repression of blogs and other internet outlets in countries around the world.

The other, new today, is a link to a petition to Eric Holder, Obama's pick to be Attorney General, calling on him

to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate and prosecute any and all government officials who have participated in War Crimes

with a specific focus on the use of torture.
