You asked for it!

Really. You did. Or a few of you, anyway.

I've mentioned a couple of times that I've been doing a weekly half-hour of commentary on my local cable access channel and a couple of folks have asked about seeing it. Well, I have finally - after first getting around to it and then dealing with a few hassles - done it. The show is called Left Side of the Aisle and now it is going to be on YouTube every week.

So here's the first one up, show #33.

Be careful what you ask for.

I didn't know you were making these videos--I'm new here. I'm glad you put this one out there! I hope you keep on keepin' on.

Not too surprising about c1uster b0mbs--the 3mpyre has been using purified Uran!um 238 bullets and shells for years, which is also a war crime.

Personally, I refuse to watch the M5M because I consider it a form of T#0ught C0ntro1. If my dog can manipulate my behav!or, those who study this topic and have access to years of research have accumulated fearsome power. We need a Sam!zdat press more than ever. 3mpyre fears the truth and being laughed at.

Thanks for the comment. Each video should be up late Thursday or early Friday.

In a way, I guess one could consider using local cable TV as a form of Samizdat. I'd encourage everyone to take advantage of it - you'll usually find the folks helpful and glad to have the material. :-)

Can you pleeeeease tell us how you managed to find out and obtain some airtime? I dunno if we even have local cable outlets here in the Redneckistan.

Thanks for putting your efforts on You Tube, which is probably the closest we will get to Sam!zdat these days... that is, until 'don't be evil' takes it away from us.

If you are in an area served by cable TV, your town may have a community access channel. Supposedly, there are over 1500 such localities around the country. This list might be helpful to you.

If there is one, just contact them and ask about doing a show. Especially in smaller communities, they likely will be quite willing to help, being glad for the chance for actual content in their schedules, which are often filled with rotating announcements of church suppers and library hours.

If there's none in your town, check neighboring ones. Many towns have a requirement that "community producers" be residents, but even if you're not, usually if someone who is a resident is willing to sign off on the paperwork on your behalf, you'd be okay. (That in fact is how I'm on in a neighboring town as well as my own.)

I keep telling people - it's there, use it!

Oh, one last thing I intended to mention:

I didn't know you were making these videos

I wasn't. :-)

This was the 33rd show I did for cable, but the first online. So you haven't missed anything.

Thank you very much. Wikipedia has impressed me once again, even if it revealed a lack of nearby public-access stations. Still, somebody might benefit from your link. Best hopes!

I've bookmarked your channel and hope to see more of your videos on You Tube. Kindred spirits are rare here in the Redneckistan!
