So recently President Hopey-Changey announced as how he wants to end the global war on terror - but of course he doesn't, since the secrecy remains, it appears the biggest change is moving control of the drone program from the CIA to the Pentagon, and Bradley Manning is still on trial. But leave that aside for the moment to enjoy one of the more delicious Freudian slips you'll hear:In response to the Amazing Mr. O's speech, Senator Lindsey Graham, member in good standing of the Brotherhood of Perpetual Smirk, had this to say:
At the end of the day, this is the most tone-deaf president I ever could imagine, making such a speech at a time when our homeland is trying to be attacked literally every day.Yep, Lindsey Graham says the "homeland" is "trying to be attacked every day.” And if such an attack were ever to happen, just whose interests would that serve?
