This is beyond warped

From the Miami Herald for March 2.
Jean-Claude ''Baby Doc'' Duvalier, the deposed Haitian dictator living in exile in Paris since 1986, said Monday he wants to return to his homeland as soon as possible.
Wouldn't surprise me if he feels right at home among the rich elite who are back in their mansions - especially since it's believed he fled Haiti with $400 million.
