Speaking of conventions and therefore elections

Haaretz (Israel) tells us on July 26 that
IDF Military Intelligence chief Major General Aharon Ze'evi said Sunday that Arafat is biding his time until November, in hopes that U.S. President George W. Bush will lose his bid for re-election and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's government will fall by then, Army Radio reported.
Great. We've already seen the "Kerry is bin Laden's Man" bumper stickers, how long now before we see the "Kerry is Arafat's Man" ones?
